Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain desktop applications using WinForm.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QC teams to analyze and understand business requirements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of software architecture and application logic.
- Optimize and refactor existing code for better performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during development and after deployment.
- Write technical documentation as needed.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with WinForm development.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles.
- Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of multithreading, event-driven programming, and user interface design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English reading/writing skills (basic communication is a plus).
Nice to have:
- Experience with WPF, .NET Core, or migrating from WinForms to modern platforms.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of DevExpress or other UI libraries is a plus.
