Job Description
- Handle recruitment requests for company positions (IT and non-IT).
- Fully in charge of the recruitment process (CV screening, interview arrangements, salary negotiation, probation support).
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Manage onboarding, probation, and yearly review processes.
- Provide insights to enhance recruitment activities.
- Support office operations and internal events.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Proficient in social recruiting channels (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- English proficiency, with strong communication, negotiation, and analysis skills.
- Available to start in November.
