Within a Mobile App Development Company and Web Development Company,... the IT Helpdesk/DevOps position shoulders the responsibility of providing technical support to internal users and clients regarding software, hardware, and network issues. Additionally, this role ensures the company's information systems operate smoothly and efficiently, overseeing the deployment, operation, and maintenance of physical/cloud servers running web services.

Job Purpose:

The It Helpdesk/DevOps Role Is Responsible for providing technical support to Internal Users and Customers Regarding Software, Hardware, and Network Issues. Simultaneously, This Position Ensures The Company's Information Systems Operate Smoothly and Efficiently, As Well As Deploying, Operating, and Maintileing Physical/Cloud Servers Running Web Services.

Main Responsibilities:

- Primary Responsibilities: Providing technical support for software, hardware, and network issues, including:

  • Receiving and resolving support requests from internal users and customers.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Creating and managing records of servers and devices within the company.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to address complex technical issues.

Skills and Requirements:

- Graduated from college/university in IT or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk.
- Knowledge and skills in software, hardware, and networking, including:

  • Network devices (router, switch, AP, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.


- IT Helpdesk/DevOps or related certifications.

- Experience in specialized IT fields such as networking, systems, security, etc.

Working Environment

- From 8:00am to 5:00pm - Mon - Fri
